With the widespread application of AI artificial intelligence and its continuous expansion across various industries, new growth points for artificial intelligence are emerging one after another.
Since
2024,Boulder has collaborated with customers to develop a
high-power supply transformer project for unmanned construction
vehicles.
★ The project utilizes a single 50KW transformer, with five such transformers integrated in series to achieve a 250KW power application.
★ The transformer adopts an LLC magnetic integration design, with the resonant inductor integrated into the component.
★ After a year of development byBoulder, with the participation of product development engineers (preliminary transformer parameter and structural design, material selection), simulation engineers (conducting structural mechanics simulation, electromagnetic simulation, heat conduction simulation, etc., for the designed product), reliability engineers (planning reliability testing items for future mass production in advance), supply chain personnel (material supplier selection and business negotiations), and quality personnel (designing product quality standards, etc.), the second small-batch production and delivery were completed in July 2025. Feedback from customer installation tests indicated excellent performance, with all functions and parameter metrics meeting design requirements.
★ As the product is intended for mobile scenarios, it demands high vibration resistance and reliability. Therefore, the transformer features a fully aluminum alloy potting design. The transformer is placed in an aluminum casing and potted with highly reliable thermally conductive silicone gel. The transformer assembly is installed on the customer's water-cooling plate to ensure effective heat dissipation during operation and high durability.
In the future, Boulder will continue to optimize the product structure and performance, always prioritizing customer needs and striving to exceed their expectations.
